To book with Optic Onslaught, we require full payment of standard shoots (Time Bomb, Flash Bang, and Total Onslaught) and do not offer refunds in the event of a cancellation.

If you are more than 15 minutes late or do not show up for your appointment, you forfeit the full cost of your shoot.If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, reach out to us via email more than 72 hours before your scheduled shoot. If we are able to accommodate a reschedule within 90 days of your original appointment, we will transfer your funds.

sharing & rights
Optic Onslaught will always ask your permission before sharing materials on our site and social media platforms via your incoming booking documents. If you agree, we reserve the right to share freely. If you do not, we will only re-share media we are cross tagged in or invited to collaborate on.
delivery of media
We always try to turn your content around as fast as possible, but life happens! Our general turnaround time is under 14 days but can sometimes be up to 30 days. If you have a specific deadline or need rushed services, please let us know at booking. Media files will be delivered via a private link that contains a downloadable folder. Please do not screenshot or share unedited images or videos! Your folder will be available for at least 30 days, after which it is subject to deletion. We recommend downloading and saving your materials right away!

Optic Onslaught is a small business run by two real humans. We reserve the right to deny services to anyone that is disrespectful, causes harm to our business, or otherwise behaves in an inappropriate, violent, or threatening manner. We reserve the right to deny the creation of art that is hateful, oppressive, offensive, or violent in nature.
POLECON POLICIES
Payment is non-refundable once made and full payment is required to book your reservation. We require 7 days notice to change or transfer your appointment to another PoleCon attendee. Changes to the time slot will only be made only if we are able to accommodate them. If you cancel or no-show for your appointment, you will forfeit your full payment!
